Intel Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 21, 2013 – Intel Corporation’s board of directors has declared a 22.5 cents-per-share (90 cents-per-share on an annual basis) quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2013 to stockholders of record on May 7, 2013.
